Great time with you guys
Hey Gals(There were no guys!)
Must admit that I had a great time yesterday and it was extremely heartening to see the energy, spirit and the most important aspect-The team bonding and camaraderie that exists among you'll. It seemed you'll new each other for ages...I hope this culture stays on and grows on every new joinee
Moreover despite that each of us works at independent client sites and does not interact with each other on a daily basis, such coming together shows the love and affection for each other. This, I must acknowledge is the true competitive advantage that Bluesky possesses and I think its safe to say we are doing something right here-9/10. Keep it up
I am seriously thinking of starting a photography and modelling business. Even a 20 second break was used to click, click click photos
Carol was telling me this reminded her of the Chak De team!

Happy 8th Anniversary Bluesky!
Dear Skiers
I feel very pleased, proud and elated to see Bluesky completing its 8th Anniversary.
Every year that goes by, not only strengthens the organization like the roots of a tree but also morphs it to becoming more matured and resilient.
I believe that any organizational anniversary symbolizes the deeper characteristics of the team and people within-with respect to Determination, Commitment, Passion and Excellence. Every passing year adds a new layer of knowledge, expertise, new processes and innovation. Every year an organization is expected to move a distance towards its outer orbit and prepare itself to escape into another higher orbit..
If we feel that this year was better than the last in terms of our delivery, processes, expertise, people and exemplifying our core values then we have all reasons to celebrate!
Celebrating an anniversary in such sustained unstable and volatile times itself is prized and a true test of a company's character. Today is the time when we look back and celebrate the distance traversed. After all "Making this Happen" is a contribution from each of You and collectively as a team.
I feel extremely excited to be leading such talented set of individuals in a very different type of organization system that we have crafted and most of them being women.
I also would like to thank all our clients, partners, vendors, service providers and stake holders who have contributed to this milestone.
We have many challenges ahead of us which I had outlined on 1st Jan and won't repeat them, however Bluesky must strive towards greater excellence and success in the coming months and years
Thank you for staying in love with Bluesky.

Bluesky Anniversary!!!!

On this Great Occasion, Lets celebrate... Have fun... Enjoy!!!!!
I would request everyone to come up with some good ideas for this event.......

Kudos to Sreeja...
There are those who talk and there are those who talk and follow it with Doing...
I remember a couple of months when I met Sreeja she wanted to live her dream and I readily chucked the ball to her like I did with many others in the past, knowing well through my experience that such euphoria is short lived.
While I had the confidence in her I knew that the activation would take longer. But I must say she has pleasantly surprised me and yesterday she accomplished a team activity for the Piramal Group single handedly and earned her first cheque. Isko bolta hai Dhanda...
Now let me tell you why I feel this effort was distinguished..I conveyed this a few days back to her that this inquiry was there and given her lack of experience had the option to decline. Moreover there were senior people involved and it was Bluesky's reputation besides the person who referred us being related to me. However Sreeja readily jumped into it with no hesitation and eventually did a remarkable job and achievement. My involvement almost 0.
She designed, she developed, she executed and she got the money.
This is something that I wish I could see consistently across Bluesky and her performance is a role model for others. She has also epitomized Excellence at Bluesky
